Terms and Conditions:

Delivery :   Deliver of goods is normally by carrier.   We endeavour to give a next day delivery on orders received by 1400 hrs, however this may not always be possible in some remote parts of the country or on orders received on a Friday.  Orders received on a Friday will not be due for delivery until the following Monday.   

Delivery Charges :   Delivery charges are for the mainland UK only.   Delivery charges for outwith mainland UK can be obtained by telephoning Scantec direct on 01592 630635. We charge a flat delivery charge £ 10.00 +vat per order.

 Returned Goods :   Returned goods  of any kind are only acceptable if previously authorised by the Seller, and in their original packaging.

Value Added Tax :   All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax, which is charged at the current rate.

Warranty :   We shall extend to the Purchaser the benefit of any guarantee, warranty or condition which may have been granted to us by the supplier of the goods and will take such steps as the Purchaser may reasonably require to enforce such rights but save as aforesaid no condition or warranty is given by the Seller for goods manufactured by a third party.

The warranties in this clause in no way invalidate any statutory right of the Purchaser.

Hours of Business:  Monday to Thursday 08.15 - 17.00.  Friday 08.15 - 15.00.  Closed Saturday and Sunday
